Worked with Drew and Alex on getting a new roof through the My Safe Florida Home grant. They did amazing work, were super quick and professional, and the inspections passed with flying colors. Hopefully I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, but these guys will be my roofers for everything roof related.

I have only good things to say about Tyler, and NextDoor Exterior Solutions. Tyler did an estimate, took down all my information, and handled the process for me to get my roof taken care of. They answered every question that I had for them, and were very quick and professional all through the entire process!

I can’t say enough good things about this company, especially Drew, he is the most upstanding construction guy I’ve ever met in my life. We had them build us a fence and Drew ensured that we got everything we asked for and that everything was done correctly by the time the job was finished. He is a man of his word and makes good on every commitment. Shoutout to Paul and Marcus for making our dream a reality. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

From start to finish, getting our roof replaced with NextDoor Exterior Solutions was fantastic. Drew, the owner, is a great guy. Always available, always professional, and stuck to his word. He even helped my pregnant wife carry in the groceries when he saw her struggling with them. The team at NextDoor Exterior Solutions is the one to go with if you’re getting a new roof. Cannot recommend them enough!

What a relief it was to have Chad from NextDoor Exterior Solutions; he went above and beyond and simplified the entire process for my elderly mother and I. We experienced some damage during a storm this year and thankfully with Chads help we were able to get our roof replaced. He helped us navigate the entire process from filing with insurance to getting approval from HOA. His dedication to his work had no limits. If I needed information 24/7 he was available and responded quickly.
I highly recommend this company and would urge you to get ahold of Chad as he is a Pro.
Thanks again guys!!

This was my first time experience with a roofing company and it was great. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work done by Nextdoor Exterior Solutions Company. Not only they did the roof, they took down my solar panels and put them back after the roof was finished. Everything from bginning to end of our project was pleasant and professional.*******************, Project Manager, was very prompt to come out to our home for and evaluation and quote. He was very professional, courteous, sincere, honest, convincing, friendly and very helpful. He answered to all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. The estimate happened very fast and the price for the whole work (roof and solar panels) was the most reasonable compared to other local company quotes. The crew arrived on our property on time each day and worked extremely hard to complete the work, they were very respectful, polite, cleaned up completely at the end of each work day and gave ** a beautiful new roof with the solar panels back on place. The whole work was done in three days (roof and solar panels). We are delighted we chose Nextdoor Exterior Solutions and would recommend your company highly to anyone and everyone in need of a new roof, solar panels installation, or both, to the highest standards. My overall rating for your company is an A+ and/or 5 STARS.Thank you very much to ******************, roof crew and solar panels crew for a job well done. Keep up your great work.
